Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 10x555 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of 10x555 immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 10x555 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

10x555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account. It remains each User's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms before using the platform.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the 10x555 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are 21 years of age or older. The 10x555 minimum age requirement is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 10x555 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court order that restricts your participation in online gaming activities.
• Your use of the platform is not in violation of any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction.

By registering on 10x555, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that the information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration & Security

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold one active 10x555 account only. Creating, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 10x555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently withhold any balances therein pending investigation.

4.2 — Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during the 10x555 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are required to keep this information current and up to date. 10x555 may require you to re-verify your identity at any time if discrepancies are identified between your registration data and information provided during payment processing or identity verification checks.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10x555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. 10x555 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10x555 support immediately at [email protected]. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available from within your account security settings.

4.4 — Account Verification (KYC)

10x555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard online gaming platform practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time we deem appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank)

Deposits & Payment Methods

10x555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 10x555's discretion and will be reflected on the platform's deposit page.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status.
• 10x555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 10x555's control.
• All deposited funds are held in segregated player accounts, separate from 10x555's operational funds.
• 10x555 reserves the right to decline a deposit or to reverse a deposit and return funds to the source payment method if we have reason to believe the deposit is connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of Prohibited Conduct.

Withdrawals

10x555 processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other approved banks) in PKR. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Pending KYC documentation will delay withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page of your account. These amounts may differ by payment method.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• 10x555 targets same-day processing for verified withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time. Actual clearance times depend on your payment provider.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, AML (anti-money laundering) concerns, or Prohibited Conduct is suspected, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

10x555 periodically offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other incentives to eligible users. All such offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.1 — Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 10x555 account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the full wagering requirement has been met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions depending on the specific promotion's terms — always review promotion terms before opting in.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a 10x555 promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using bonus funds primarily on low-risk or excluded game types to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to generate artificial bonus turnover — constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 10 and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on 10x555, including cricket betting (PSL, international matches, ICC tournaments), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and all other sports markets available on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after acceptance by the 10x555 system, except in the specific circumstances described in the voided bets policy below.
• 10x555 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (except where in-play betting is explicitly available and open for that market).
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your accepted bet.
• In-play betting markets on 10x555 update continuously during live events. Network latency or platform processing time may result in brief delays between live action and market updates; bets placed during such delays are subject to review.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided where the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or where the market was opened in error with demonstrably incorrect odds. Voided bet stakes are returned to the User's balance in full.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market and per event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 10x555 reserves the right to adjust individual user stake limits based on betting patterns.
• Any bet identified as placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or other irregular activity will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authorities. Associated accounts will be terminated immediately.

Casino Games Rules

All casino games available on 10x555 — including live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), slot machines, fishing games, and any other RNG-based or live-dealer products — are subject to the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures where applicable. 10x555 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• House edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game category are disclosed within the individual game's information panel. Players are advised to review these figures before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection, system error, or technical fault during a game round, 10x555 will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome of any incomplete round and credit or debit the User's account accordingly. The platform's server records are the definitive source of truth for game outcome disputes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game round are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary between standard play and live casino environments.
• 10x555 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, provider updates, or licensing reasons.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10x555 platform. Any User found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their account suspended or permanently terminated, their balance frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of Prohibited Conduct forfeited. 10x555 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, impersonating another person, or using a payment method not registered in your name.
• Money Laundering: Using 10x555 as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of crime. 10x555 operates AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other manipulative method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format available on the platform.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, odds errors, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an advantage. Winnings from known errors are void.
• Underage Use: Using the platform when under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a genuine 10x555 deposit. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account termination and debt recovery proceedings.

Responsible Gaming

10x555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income or a method for resolving financial difficulties. We encourage all users to game within their means and to make use of the player-protection tools available on the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session duration alerts and mandatory session time limits to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing are available and can be configured from account settings.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 10x555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on 10x555, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10x555 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, device information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 10x555 platform — including but not limited to the 10x555 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of 10x555 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 10x555 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 10x555 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 10x555 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10x555 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical faults, platform downtime, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from your own decisions, betting strategies, or gaming choices made on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any error, interruption, or delay in the transmission of data over the internet that affects your gaming session or transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits 10x555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all other cases, 10x555's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination & Closure

Voluntary Closure: You may close your 10x555 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Platform-Initiated Termination: 10x555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, that you have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10, or that continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform. In such cases, your balance may be held pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach.

Amendments to These Terms

10x555 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a material change is made to these Terms, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 10x555 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 15.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

17.1 — Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 10x555 account, a transaction, a bet outcome, a bonus, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you must first contact the 10x555 support team by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 working days.

17.2 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body as directed by 10x555 in our response. Details of the applicable escalation channel will be communicated to you in writing.

17.3 — Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 10x555 operates, as communicated in the platform's licensing documentation. Users accessing 10x555 from Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any laws applicable in their location.
